The National Park of Los Nevados is a place of great environmental importance for all of the coffee region. In this beautiful park, you can visit: Nevado del Ruiz, Nevado del Tolima, Nevado Santa Isabel, Nevado del Quindío,Otún Lagoon, Hot Springs of Ruiz.

You can go mountaineering, fishing, and take guided ecological walks.

To climb the mountain, you need to be in good physical condition. We recommend you don't climb with children younger than 6 years old or adults over 70 years old. Moreover, we don't recommend people with heart problems, breathing problems, arterial pressure, or pregnant women come to the park. When you reach 4000 meters in altitude, we recommend you not to run or physically exert yourself too much.
