TELEVISION

There are five public TV channels with national coverage in Colombia. They are:

Canal institucional

Señal Colombia
Canal Caracol
Canal RCN

Regional TV channels are :

City TV in Bogotá
Canal Capital in Bogota
Telecafe in the Coffee Region
Telecaribe on the Atlantic Coast
Telepacifico on the Pacific Coast
Teleantioquia in the department of Antioquia

 

Cable TV is common in medium-sized and big cities at relatively low costs.

Satellite TV is a bit more costly, but SKY and Direct TV have agencies in the country.
